By taking the rides or entering this attraction,
(A) you agree that, save as otherwise provided under law, STARTYOUNG and its operators, and their officers, employees and agents (“Personnel”) shall not be liable to you for any damage to property, injury, losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs, expenses or any other liability incurred or suffered by your or by any other person arising, whether directly or indirectly, out of any act, omission, default or negligence on the part of STARTYOUNG or any of its Personnel or in connection with your use of or STARTYOUNG or the Personnel’s operation of the ride/attraction.
